The following Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the CoverServ website and services. By accessing the site or requesting service, agreement to these Terms is implied. 

  1. Service Scope

CoverServ provides pool cover installation, repairs, cleanings, and replacement services. Availability may vary depending on location. 

  1. Quotes & Payment Terms
  • Quotes are estimates and may change based on on-site conditions or additional service needs.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, checks, and approved digital payment platforms.
     
  1. Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for changes to scheduled appointments.
  • Cancellations with insufficient notice may incur a fee.
     
  1. Warranty & Liability
  • Installation work is covered under a limited workmanship warranty [customize timeframe if needed].
  • CoverServ is not liable for damage due to pre-existing issues, improper pool maintenance, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond control.
  • CoverServ maintains liability insurance coverage for its services.
     
  1. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to misuse the website, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or technicians. 

  1. Marketing Communication Consent

By submitting information through the website or contact forms, customers agree to receive marketing emails and SMS communications. Opt-out instructions are provided in all messages. See Privacy Policy for full details. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, graphics, photos, and written materials, is owned by CoverServ and may not be copied or reused without written permission. 

  1. Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party sites or tools. CoverServ is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, CoverServ shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or website access. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah County, Utah. 

  1. Revisions

Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of any changes.
